Walk It, Like You Want It!
Exercise, not because you hate your body, but because you love it! It’s a great motto to go by every time you feel let down, for whatever reason. All you need to do is make up your mind and stick to it. And you don’t even have to do much. Just walk. Walk in the park, on the street, in your compound, you can even walk the stairs if you wish, but walk, every day, even for 30 minutes. Walk with a friend, walk with music, walk your pet. Walk. It does wonders. Not just to your physical appearance but to your inner being. It calms you down. It makes you want to go the extra mile. It gives you confidence, boosts self-esteem and most importantly makes you love the skin you’re in.
