Ashoka has been my friend during my tough times and has helped with my periodical pains and lessened them. Ever since I have started the Ashoka medication, my monthly menstrual days are no more worrisome. The taste is a bit bitter and leaves a harsh aftertaste, but it has quite a strong effect.

Helped with my menstrual cramps. I was diagnosed with endometriosis last year. It came with a long list of drugs and longer periods of pain and discomfort. My sister found Ashoka helpful during her menopause so I thought I’ll give it a try. The pain is certainly a little less, and I feel like I have a little more energy (after a really long time). Planning to continue taking this even after I’m done with the prescription meds.

I started taking Ashoka tablets 3 months ago, and my last 2 cycles have been right on time – something that hasn’t happened in at least a year. There’s been less bleeding too. I’m hoping it’s the herb, because if it is, then I can keep taking it for as long as I have to. Nice and cheap too as one bottle is good for a month.
